Luxury homes for Orpington

Mon 30 November 2015, 4:03 pm

The developer Berkeley Homes has launched a collection of luxury apartments in Orpington town centre.

Brunswick Square features one and two-bedroom homes, located on the former site of Orpington Police Station. The development’s name refers to the Brunswick Star, which is found on the badge of police forces in England and Wales.

The scheme will eventually feature 83 homes, a health and well-being centre on the ground and first floor, a cafe and retail unit and basement parking. It is located near a seven-screen Odeon cinema, Bella Italia restaurant, PureGym and Premier Inn hotel.

Prices of homes at the scheme start from £270,000 for a one bedroom apartment and £330,000 for a two-bedroom apartment.

Peter Smith, managing director of Berkeley Homes Eastern Counties, said: “The face of Orpington is changing and Brunswick Square is leading the evolution.

“Living at Brunswick Square will mean having everything you need right on the doorstep.  Berkeley is proud to contribute to the regeneration of Orpington.”
