The Bromley Advantage scheme aims to help students leave the college with additional skills to improve their chances of gaining employment.

The college is hoping to help develop students’ industry knowledge, as well as building confidence in the workplace. It wants to build a network of employers that are interested in offering placements.

Director of commercial development at the college, David Warne, said: “Bromley College is taking the lead in ensuring its students are prepared for the real world. The Bromley Advantage provides digital, social and employability skills and work experience is a core element of this.

“We are already working with a number of prominent employers who see the value of supporting young people and investing in tomorrow’s talent and we are keen to grow this into a substantial network.”
