Developer Millgate is making progress on its Sundridge Park scheme in Bromley, where it is building 13 townhouses, 24 apartments and three detached homes.
The scheme is reached via a half-mile long “secluded driveway” and is located 12 miles from central London.
Prices start at £1.25 million for a townhouse and £695,000 for an apartment.
Jonathan Cranley, sales and marketing director for Millgate, said: “The site is home to a splendid Grade I-Nash mansion and ground laid out by Humphry Repton, the eminent 19th century landscaper. King Edward VII and Napoleon III frequented the mansion, attending shooting parties in the valley.
“Now home to two championship golf courses, the valley is the perfect place for residents to enjoy the regal lifestyle that Sundridge Park is famed for.”
