The London Borough of Bromley and developer Cathedral Group have fleshed out plans for the Bromley Town Hall development.
As Invest Bromley reported in January, an agreement was signed between the developer and the local authority to convert the Grade II listed building into a four star boutique hotel.
Cathedral Group has now revealed that the scheme will include restaurants and homes on the adjoining South Street car park.
A planning application is expected later this year.
Richard Upton, Cathedral Group chief executive, said: “We want to create a high quality destination hotel, in an iconic local building, that will attract corporate clients with its top grade conference facilities and meet local demand for a first class entertainment and wedding venue.
“Given the ambition and scale of regeneration taking place in Bromley. We believe this kind of development will be significant addition to the town centre."
