Insurance broker Bluefin has moved its contact centre for private clients from West Wickham to a new 7,000 sq feet base in Bromley as part of its expansion plans.
Tim Mortimer, who heads the firm’s private client division, said that as well as relocating 72 staff, Bluefin would also be creating “several” new jobs.
“We have quickly outgrown our West Wickham office due to a number of new contract wins with large affinity schemes,” he said.
“With a significant level of new business in the pipeline, we decided to move to new offices which will provide us with enough space to continue our aggressive growth strategy."
The firm’s new base was opened by Bromley and Chislehurst MP Bob Neill.
He said: “Bromley is a great place to do business, with excellent transport links and a highly skilled workforce and I feel confident that our business community will continue to grow throughout the coming year."
