Town-centre flats plan returns

Housebuilder Crest Nicholson has lodged proposals to build 148 flats in Bromley town centre.
The move is a scaled-down version of a 160-home development originally approved in 2008, for which approval has now expired.
Debbie Aplin, managing director of Crest Nicholson Regeneration, told News Shopper she believed the Ringers Road site had the potential to kick-start regeneration within the wider town centre.
"Our new proposals are designed to work in tandem with the council’s adopted area action plan," she said.
