House builder Ward Homes has unveiled a new show home at its scheme at Trinity Village in Bromley, as it launches a new phase of 33 homes at the development.
Three bedroomed town houses start at £359,995 and include a dining room and utility room, plus shower room.
Mark Vanson, sales director for Ward Homes, said: "It's a great property that is laid out over three floors and offers a fantastic built in conservatory at the back of the property providing a breakfast area, extending the kitchen to bring the outside in."
Trinity Village will eventually feature over 800 new apartments and houses with one to four bedrooms, provided by Ward Homes and its partner Asprey Homes.
