Invest Bromley conference
London Borough of Bromley unveiled at Invest Bromley a £1 billion action plan, including major new town centre development sites, news of schemes going forward and other investment opportunities across the borough.
165 delegates were among the first to hear about these exciting opportunities and discuss them with council leader, chief executive and senior planners on September 20th 2011.
Planners, developers and sector specialists detailed sites coming to market over the next year, outlined existing and ongoing schemes, described the compelling attractions of Bromley and analysed the demographics, geography, economics, catchments and opportunities for existing and potential new investors in this attractive London borough just 17 minutes by train from the city centre.
